Sebi banned Kiran Kulkarni, former managing director of Geodesic, Pankaj Kumar, former chairman, and Prashant Mulekar, an ex-director & compliance officer of the company, for their role in failing to return $125 million it raised through foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) in 2008.
