Savarkar’s portrait unveiled in K’taka assembly, Cong protests

On Monday, former chief minister Siddaramaiah and other Congress party leaders held a protest at the entrance of the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha (SVS) in Belagavi, opposing the installation of a portrait of Veer Savarkar inside the assembly hall.
